Administration w/ Arie is a comprehensive administrative services provider founded in 2024 by Ariel M. Barr, a Chicago native with a strong passion for proper systems and protocols. About the Founder/CEO

Ariel M. Barr

 

The visionary behind Administration w/ Arie is Ariel M. Barr, a driven and passionate Chicago native whose dedication to creating effective systems and structures is the cornerstone of the company. Ariel is currently pursuing her Master's degree in Public Policy & Administration at Northwestern University’s School of Professional Studies, where she is further deepening her expertise in management, strategy, and organizational leadership. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies, with a focus on psychology, project management, and Christian ministry leadership, which uniquely equips her to understand the diverse needs of clients across various sectors.


With over five years of hands-on administrative experience, Ariel has worked within churches, ministries, and alongside individuals, honing her skills in organizing, coordinating, and managing a wide range of tasks that ensure smooth operations and efficient workflows. Her work in ministry leadership has further shaped her understanding of the importance of strong, sustainable administrative systems, especially within nonprofit and faith-based organizations.

Ariel’s deep understanding of both the human side of administration (such as the psychology of team dynamics and communication) and the technical side (project management and operational systems) enables her to provide comprehensive and thoughtful support to her clients. She believes in not just meeting immediate administrative needs, but in building long-term strategies that allow organizations to thrive. Her passion for creating meaningful, tailored solutions for each client is what drives the vision of Administration w/ Arie.
